Michael Robert Bracamontes, a San Francisco attorney, was born in Los Angeles and raised in Montebello, California. Michael is a product of the Los Angeles public school system. He attended Garfield High School in East Los Angeles. He has a Political Science degree with a minor in Philosophy from the University of California, Irvine. His law degree is from Berkeley Law.
Michael is currently a partner at Bracamontes & Vlasak, PC, where he represents Californians who face labor and employment issues such as discrimination, and harassment. His legal and business expertise comes with a passion to help working families who seek to provide opportunity for their children.

Michael also represents tenants exposed to dangerous living conditions, like carbon monoxide poisoning, mold, fire, and landlord harassment. The vast majority of Michael’s cases are representing people taking a stand against large insurance companies and large law firms.

Michael is a proud husband and father. He lives in the Bay Area with his wife, Doreen Sanchez Bracamontes, and their two children. His wife Doreen is an educator and community leader. She is the granddaughter of migrant farmworkers, and has spent her career trying to improve access and opportunity for every Californian.
